Mercury Computer Systems, Inc., a leading provider of high-performance, embedded computing solutions for image, sensor, and signal processing applications, announced the availability of two new software offerings for multicore application development: the MultiCore Plus(R) (MCP) Pro Edition software environment, and the MultiCore MathPack library bundle.
Based on open standards, the MCP Pro Edition features a scalable, modular architecture that supports a broad range of commercial and rugged multicore and multicomputer systems to meet a variety of size, weight and power (SWaP) requirements, from the single-board computer, to embedded standalone multicomputers, to network-centric multicomputer clusters.
